OPERATIONS MANAGER
We currently have an opening for a new and exciting role of an Operations Manager; directly reporting to General Manager, you will be responsible for day to day overseeing the operational side of the business as well as assisting the General Manager in running the hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for career advancement and personal development.   
 

The Role:
•    Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business
•    Organising and conducting regular performance meetings with management  
•    Liaising with staff on the ground - main point of contact between front of house staff and management
•    Organising and efficiently utilising staff by managing weekly staff roster
•    Overseeing stock control, stock rotation and stock ordering
•    Ensuring that high quality standards and an exceptional level of customer service are being met at all times
•    Ensuring that there’s sufficient communication between the departments to organise various hotel activities and functions
•    Responsible for managing various functions that are organised in the hotel
•    Ensuring that all queries, complaints and faults are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
•    Ensuring that all company regulations and standards are being met with at all times

The ideal candidate will:
•    Have a minimum 5  years’ experience in a similar role
•    Be able to work in a highly pressurised environment
•    Have minimum 2 years’ experience working within the Hotel Industry
•    Excellent communication skills and strong leadership, motivational skills
•    Excellent organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail
•    A qualification in Hospitality Management would be beneficial

We're currently recruiting for Assistant Bar Manager for our busy hotel bar. This is a full time position and full flexibility is required.

Responsibilities:
•    supervising the smooth running of the bar
•    ensuring excellent front of house service, allocate and support staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service and cleanliness of venue
•     keeping staff busy and productive at all times
•    assisting in cash handling procedures as required
•    carrying out detailed check of deliveries for accuracy and quality of product
•    assisting in training the staff
•    reporting back to the Bar Manager all issues, errors and problems that cannot be solved at the lower level
•    taking responsibility for running of the bar in the absence of Bar Manager
•    other ad hoc duties as required by the management

Requirements:
•    a minimum of 3 years experience of working in a busy bar environment
•    Ability to maintain consistently high standards of service
•    Exceptional attention to detail
•    Excellent customer service skills
•    Strong communication & interpersonal skills
•    Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to work
•    Be flexible
